Context : leading frech group operating in water, energy and waste in more than 75 countries worldwide; an IT organization evolving from a highly centralized model to a more balanced model,giving autonomy to the countries in a negociated global framework
Challenges : reposition the group IT organization in a supporting partner helping the countries be successful in their digital transformation, providing them with group solutions and services in a “seductive adoption” approach.

What was done: definition and set up of the digital transformation plan for the holding (4 000 people), used as a demonstrator of the overall approach;definition and building of the group solutions catalogue, of methodology and tools to replicate the transformation in countries
